Rockford Laestadian Lutheran Church Mailing Address: PASTY (pronounced pass'-tee) Pastys can be eaten many ways. Some people prefer to just spread with butter and enjoy every bite, while others prefer ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish or even gravy. The pastys have been assembled and partially baked, ready for you to keep in your freezer. All you have to do is simply put the frozen pasty on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
